Bayside Capital & Insurance Brokerage, LLC was founded in 2018 by Mr. Joshua L. Lushtak. Mr. Lushtak has over a decade of experience as a licensed insurance agent & broker. In addition to his focus on insurance he has for the past 6 years assisted small and emerging companies with developing their strategy and growing their businesses as well as accessing both private and publicly available capital.  

Mr. Lushtak consults for and provides guidance to company’s board of directors and c-level executives as well as serving in certain corporate positions himself.
